Anti-Neuronal Cell Adhesion Molecule (NRCAM) Monoclonal Antibody is a monoclonal antibody which is greatly purified and with high binding affinity for the antigen that it is risen against. Could be stored for at least 12 month in frozen condition at -70C.It is recomendable to prepare aliquotes in order to avoid repetable freezing and thawing as they may denaturate the peptide chains/bonds in the antibodies and reduce/change the activity of the antibody. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to collect its content on the bottom.

Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.For cells, cell lines and tissues in culture till half confluency.Whole adhesion and interacting molecules are present in lysates used as reference for ELISA quantification of these molecules and their subunits.
