Neuropilin-2 forms high affinity receptor for semaphorins 3C, 3F, VEGF-165 and VEGF-145 isoforms of VEGF, and the PLGF-2 isoform of PGF. It is a type I membrane protein.
Neuropilin-2 antibody can be used for the detection of Neuropilin-2 by Western Blot.
