Biotin
Neuroserpin specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
Rabbit
Polyclonal
E.coli derived Recombinant Human Neuroserpin
ELISA, Western Blot
ELISA:Direct:To detect Human Neuroserpin by direct ELISA (using 100 ml/well) a concentration of approximately 1.0 ug/mL of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human Neuroserpin. ELISA:Sandwich:To detect Human Neuroserpin by sandwich ELISA (using 100 ml/well) a concentration of 0.25 – 1.0 ug/mL of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with ProSci’s Polyclonal Anti- Human Neuroserpin (38-203) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2 – 0.4 ng/well of recombinant Human Neuroserpin. Western Blot:To detect Human Neuroserpin by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1 - 0.2 mg/mL. When used in conjunction with compatible development reagents the detection limit for recombinant Human Neuroserpin is 1.5 – 3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.
The lyophilized antibody is stable for at least 2 years from date of receipt at -20 grades C. The reconstituted antibody is stable for at least two weeks at 2-80 grades C. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least 6 months when stored at -20 grades C. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
If you buy Antibodies supplied by proscience they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
