ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Western Blot: Approximately 85-90 kDa band observed in human amygdala lysates (calculated MW of 91.6 kDa according to NP_061850.2). In transfected HEK293 transiently expressing Neuregulin3 a band of approximately 98 kDa is observed. This band is not observed in the non-transfected HEK293. Recommended concentration: 0.05-0.2 ug/mL.
