The nicotinic acetylcholine receptors are members of a superfamily of ligand-gated ion channels that mediate fast signal transmission at synapses. Mutations in neuronal nicotinic acetylcholine receptor beta 2 subunit have been associated with autosomal dominant nocturnal frontal lobe epilepsies.

For short periods of storage (days) store at 4 grades C. For longer periods of storage, store CHRNB2 antibody at -20 grades C. As with any antibody avoid repeat freeze-thaw cycles.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided.
